Calendar 2013
The Indian King Tavern is prepared for an eventful year of history. Save the following dates in 2013 for exciting trips back in time:
- March 9th – Levram the Great Colonial Conjurer (Magician) 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Open House 1 p.m. – 4p.m.
- April 13th – Elizabeth Haddon and John Estaugh 2 p.m. Open House 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- May 11th – New Jersey History Fair – Tavern closed
- May 18th – Three Cheers for 300 Beer Tasting
- June 1 – Revolutionary War re-enactors will “encamp” at the tavern from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- July 4 – 9:30 am – Public Reading of the Declaration of Independence; Post-parade open house
- October 12th – Timothy Matlack re-enactor. 2 p.m. Open House 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- November 12th – Annual Meeting to elect officers 7pm Mable Kay House
- Candlelight Shopping – Friday evenings between Thanksgiving and Christmas (11/29, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20) – Tavern open from 6:30pm-8:30pm
- December 31 – First Night
